The Bill (Reg.№3262) envisages the improvement of the current laws on patenting of the trade activity for money in cash, activity on the services in the sphere of the gambling business and consumer services etc.
According to the Bill "t is forbidden to provide gambling services in the health protection estates, educational estates, markets, automobile and train stations, bodies of the state power and local self-governing, cultural estates"
The Bill also envisages that "trade license for gambling services must be allotted for the each separate gambling place. If the playing machine is equipped in such a way that allows playing of several people at the same time, the license should be provided for the each of the playing places".
